Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Asterias Homes website and booking services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Services

Asterias Homes provides holiday apartment rental services in Koronisia, Arta, Greece. We offer 7 traditional apartments for short-term rental to guests seeking accommodation in the Amvrakikos Gulf area.

Booking Terms

When making a booking:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email
• Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes
• Additional fees may apply for extra services

Payment Terms

Payment terms:

• Payment can be made by credit card or cash on arrival
• For credit card payments, we use secure Stripe payment processing
• Full payment is required unless otherwise specified
• All prices include applicable taxes (13%)
• Currency exchange rates apply as per payment processor

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to charges
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Special offers may have different cancellation terms

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out procedures:

• Check-in time: 15:00 - 21:00
• Check-out time: 08:00 - 11:00
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability)
• Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with care and respect
• Follow house rules and respect other guests
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy limit
• Respect quiet hours and neighborhood regulations

Liability and Insurance

Asterias Homes is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries sustained on the property
• Travel arrangements or transportation issues
• Weather-related disruptions

We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.

Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
• Pets may be allowed upon prior arrangement
• Parties or events require prior approval
• Quiet hours must be observed (22:00 - 08:00)
• Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness

Modifications to Bookings

Booking modifications:

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability
• Modification requests should be made as early as possible
• Price adjustments may apply for date or room changes
• We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arta, Greece.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
